Founder & Lead Consultant

Mariana Caliuolo

Mariana’s career is a fusion of international diplomacy and adventure strategy. After a decade specializing in International Relations and Asia-Pacific negotiations, she brought a global perspective and cross-cultural communication expertise to the world of sustainable tourism.

She spent years leading teams and organizing complex expeditions in the most remote corners of the South American deserts and mountains, culminating in her role as General Manager and Board Member. She spearheaded strategic initiatives, including achieving B Corp Certification, proving that growth and deep responsibility can and should co-exist.

Today, Mariana focuses on providing strategic advice and mentorship. She is committed to fostering global collaboration and driving projects that align profitability with meaningful impact under the principles of sustainability.

Consultant

pierreyves herrouet

Pierre-Yves Herrouet is a designer of innovative ideas with over 20 years of experience developing social and sustainable impact programs in Latin America and Europe. An engineer by training and an Ashoka Fellow for the Southern Cone, he combines visual thinking, participatory methodologies, and business strategy to support organizations, entrepreneurs, and governments in creating sustainable and scalable business models.

He has received national and international awards (including the Flag Bearer of Argentina Solidaria, the MAYMA Award for Triple Impact Entrepreneurship, PROESUS, Viva Schmidheiny, Hola América, and APSAL) for his ability to connect innovation, purpose, and concrete action.

Currently, he focuses on integrating graphic facilitation and design thinking into impact projects, transforming conversations into strategies and strategies into results.

His work seeks to make the invisible visible, generate meaningful alliances, and build more resilient and inspired communities.
